One deal, four steps
Once in contact, the estate and the importer follow the same deal. The ball moves from one side to the other.
Contact
Estate sideThe request lands in the estate's inbox with its context: wine, volume, target channel. The estate replies in the thread.
Samples
Importer sideShipment tracked on both sides. After tasting, the importer answers for each wine: pursue, hold or decline.
Quote
Estate sideThe quote is prefilled from the estate's file. The estate checks prices, Incoterm and validity, then sends it.
Order
Importer sideThe importer accepts the quote, then attaches the purchase order. Both are dated and filed.
WineReal stops at the purchase order. Invoicing, shipping and customs documents stay with your usual tools.
